Terms of Service

Effective date: 16 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Deioio websites and, for platform customers, the Deioio measurement platform ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Deioio provides campaign measurement for community growth: trackable invite pages, click-to-join attribution, conversion reporting to advertising platforms via their official interfaces, and related analytics dashboards.

2. Accounts

Platform customers are responsible for their account credentials and for all activity under their account, including the accuracy of community identifiers and advertising credentials they configure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

4. Customer responsibilities

Platform customers are the operators of the communities and campaigns they measure. They are responsible for the content of their communities, the legality of their campaigns in the markets they target, and for providing any notices required to their own members.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and documentation, remains the property of Deioio. Customers retain all rights to their own data and content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Attribution is probabilistic at the margins and depends on data provided by third-party platforms; we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every conversion will be matched or accepted by an advertising platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deioio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
